I'm looking for something cheap. I want to be able to immerse myself in a culture that's vastly different than the Midwestern United States.
Still a good recommendation! I'm currently living in Kansas and haven't made it down to New Orleans yet.
It can be really rewarding, and we like helping people. It's not all bad, a patient thanked me and bought me flowers just this week.

I definitely support death with dignity, but I feel like it would be extremely hard in cases where people are usually not lucid.

Regardless of the well defined sternocleidomastoid and clavicle, she is a holocaust survivor. I think it's safe to say she's malnourished.
If you look at her exposed neck you can tell she is incredibly malnourished.
I was there not that long ago and it still did. It's too bad if they've stopped.
If you eat in the restaurant the lift is free, but the food is expensive.
I believe it makes a full rotation in little less than an hour, so you get to view the entire city during a meal.
