People keep saying they're illegal in the US but there are several stores around me that sell them
It's one of the Magic: the gathering games. It looks like Duels of the planeswalkers but it could be Magic Duels.
Yooka Laylee was cancelled for the WII U due to development issues. It will be on the switch though.

Cosmic encounter is hands down the best board/tabletop game I've ever played. Highly recommend it and the expansions are all worth it.
