Yup, mine had a 250W power supply when it had a GT210 rated at 300W. Motherboard also doesn't have any fan controller settings.
I use a controller when playing a game I wanna sit back and enjoy (Fallout 4), M&KB are way better for competitive FPS (Counter Strike).
