Those are probably Dilli Dally glasses. They use a soft like plastic material, they also have multi in straps. They're amazing. My little guy has been rocking them since before 2 and he had a similar reaction when he could actually see. They're pretty inexpensive compared to adult glasses. Can't recommend them enough.
