I'm a cable guy for 1 of the largest cable companies in the USA. There is so much to say about the industry and how the whole process works. I want to make everyone realize who much we get ripped off for the services that cost pennies to deliver. I really want to inform the consumer that the technicians are underpaid drones that love and hate what they do.
