Her DI button was next to her heal buttons on her hotbar... I do miss "Grandma." She'd also always say "I'm down" EVERY death.
As a Karazhan main healer, I would cry whenever I suddenly couldn't cast and our old-lady pally healer would say "oops." (1/2)
