Agreed. He saw a gun on victims back, drew his own gun, and then discharged it after hearing a gunshot (which came from victims own firearm due to a negligent discharge). And after he fired three times, the rest of the "agents" started shooting too.
This is why the 2nd Amendment is obsolete and dead. Obsolete because common people with rifles have little chance to abolish a tyrannical government these days, and dead because people most prepared and willing to stand up to a tyrannical government in theory are the ones that in practice support it the most these days.
The 2nd Amendment is, as of now (and several years already), obsolete and dead. It's obsolete because armed people have become insufficient to topple a corrupt government, and it's dead because it's not even being used - you people have a tyrannical government and you're not invoking it.Because people most likely to use it are on the side of said tyrannical government, and always will be.
