Unemployment making what equates to $20/hr for 40hr week. Workers wages need to increase but encouraging unemployment isn’t the way to do it
Garden. She’s making $25+ hr after tips in MPLS. They are super short staffed since many coworkers have stopped working & are collecting 2/3
I agree 99% however some people are abusing the unemployment system which is affecting the free market for labor. My wife works at Olive 1/2
However government is good at restrictions which can impede individuals from doing good thru commerce & charity. Gov is a necessary evil
If you want to make other people’s lives better, do it yourself. Government is a pretty inefficient way to accomplish anything useful.
While it reduces anxiety and depression in the short term, it can actually be causing structural brain changes over time. Be sure to DYOR.
Be careful self medicating mental health with marijuana. I did it for years, and in the long run, it made a lot of my problems worse. 1/2

Yeah it’s kinda hard to argue for any martial arts other than BJJ, Muay Thai and some judo when that’s what all UFC fighters train.

Depends what you go to school for. If you are in STEM, college is a great investment & will pay huge dividends. No so much for liberal arts.

If it is a state school & they charge for those spots for sporting events, then those spots are helping subsidize your cost of education.
It IS worth it if you go to college for a degree that is in demand. Don’t take dance and English. Take Engineering and Comp Sci.
