This is not the same as the ozone layer problem. The ozone layer is a layer of ozone at very high altitude. CFCs are much lighter than air and float up to the ozone layer, where they then bond with ozone and sink back down. That creates a hole in the ozone layer.

Your defense does not have to be proportional to the force received. Legally you are allowed to use reasonable force to protect yourself or others from bodily harm. You must stop once the threat is gone. The kick may have been over the top when looking in hindsight, but once the dude punched him, he had the right to defend himself, and the reasonable force would have to be determined by what a reasonable person would do in the same situation.

Get a new shop, those valves are important.the engine manufacturers didn't put them on there for shits and giggles. I had a stuck valve in my evap system on a Ford expedition and it caused rough running and codes to be thrown. It was a $400 fix to do a smoke test, find the bad valve, and replace it

Ford currently has a recall for expeditions catching on fire, even when parked and off. There are also fire recalls out for multiple Ford suvs due to fuel injectors cracking and leaking.

Mile...although that is not very useful in real life driving. How often do you get a half mile to hammer on the gas and not let up?
EVs are fast 0-60, but gas cars that have comparable HP to weight ratios tend to close the gap at the 1/4 mile and are faster to the half 1/
