I actually think for parody songs it's pretty good. Parody is one of those genres where the music is usually not very good on its own and artists usually do not devote much time and effort to it (obviously excepting Weird Al, although even he still used other people's songs). Basically in a sea of slop, there's a very small ship that's always been kinda sloppy and suddenly it's all coming up Milhouse for it.
I think the base matters very much. There's still a huge, concerted effort to launder neoliberal policies and far right views to the reactive centrists and conservatives, they wouldn't bother with that if they didn't think there was a benefit. Trump has been valuable to them because he's allowed the veneer to thin. When he is dead, they will find much more scrutiny from his base of right wing populists.
You can ATTEMPT a vaginal birth after a c section, and the OBs are usually supportive of that, but they are the ones who have to face both the legal ramifications as well as the absolute shitshow of emergency trauma surgery and probable loss of mother and/or child. And the thing is, this lady actually knew she needed help. You can have a baby at home, and she's a doula. She absolutely knows a midwife. She knew it was high risk, went to the hospital, and then decided to ignore what they said.
There's a ton of misinformation and misunderstanding about that story. I explained some of it last time this was posted and got downvoted aggressively for it, but the short version is: she was always going to need a c section. You don't have 3 c sections and then have a vaginal birth, the scar tissue in the uterus forms an anchor for the placenta, as well as a weak point that can easily tear during labor. This both of these are fatal for either mother or child. This lady thought she knew better.
