I think my second argument would be that it's always better to avoid negative numbers in a system where possible.
I think all that's left then is for us to agree to disagree?
I would rather know it was 69 degrees than somewhere from 68 to 70.
Not necessarily, but more precision is always better imo. As long as it doesn't over complicate.
Which I would argue makes it easier to use and a better system. It definitely is partially because I'm used to it though.
But the difference between 0 to 100 is double that of -20 to 30. Which means you have a greater degree of precision without using decimals.
Personally think we should switch to metric but keep Fahrenheit. I like 0 being cold and 100 being hot. Not 0 is kinda cold and 100 is dead.
Well maybe we don't all simultaneously live in Mexico, Greece, and Brazil to be able to go outside and see all of these
