EVERY generation has complained about the current generations' music, art, fashion, etc. I've had people in their early 20s complain about high school teens and their music choices.
With whom? After loki, which was his debut, and everyone got a taste of his acting, which was great, who would be able to embody this character without feeling like a knock-off or just off target?
Why? Its fans like me that grew up reading comics and watching the majority of the cartoons in the 90s and hoped one day theyd bring these major comic arcs live in the big screen. Im enjoying dispite story changes to the comic or bad vfx. I dont see how that would be different from comic runs where they ruin it like retconing major characters. *cough* deathofsuperman*
The original big bad was supposed to be kang, but then Majors decided that domestic abuse wasnt beneath him so there's that. I wouldn't put it totally on marvels fault for having to rewrite a major plot and get already seasoned marvel actors.
