Depends. If they're 4 USB port models, they are backwards-compatible and worth a bit. If they are 2 USB, they are not and aren't worth much.

They do not. The bootleg does not hold it's save and it has to use a battery to keep it. Even with the battery, it gets corrupted randomly.
