Bad. Depression is about the same but anxiety is terrible. Feel like I can't even talk about it because we're all going thru the same thing.

While I go agree 100% that we do need to revamp our mental health system, that would not prevent violence (1)

I hope you find a way to pay for your MRI and can get some answers about the migraines!

I had no idea some insurance was so terrible. Got an MRI a couple weeks ago and all I paid was my $25 copay. Sorry yours is so expensive :(

You need to look up the definition of abuse. Not receiving the things you want is NOT abuse.

You said there is nothing wrong with pressure and problems are solved by exerting force to change them, what else did you mean?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That is absolutely wrong. Exerting force or pressuring someone to perform sexual activities they don't consent to is sexual assault.

Please call! We would much rather talk to someone and make sure the get the help they need before they feel so bad that they want to die.

Most importantly let them know that you care and support them, so many people feel isolated and alone and want to know someone cares 2/2

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Talk to them about how they are feeling. If you worry that they are thinking about suicide ask them directly. Encourage them to get help 1/2

Most people are anxious, especially the first time they call. We are used to it please call anyway, for most people it really does help.
