Just keep on going to therapy, maybe there won’t be a break through tomorrow or the next week but slowly but eventually things will get easier. It’s one of those ‘trust the process’. But if you don’t feel comfortable with the therapist from the beginning it’s also okay to switch to an other one.
Can’t really relate but sending a big hug! Maybe try chatting with Chat GPT about easy topics like idk, the Roman Empire or something to ease your mind a bit.
