For the life of me, I genuinely don’t understand why this is even an issue. Let people live the life they want. It’s incredibly frustrating and, frankly, appalling to see conservatives turn people into villains and create enormous controversies around things that should be non-issues. The constant need to judge, control, and vilify others over how they choose to live is what I find so deeply upsetting. It’s narrow-minded, unnecessary, and exhausting.

Bill Watterson is the man. Never sold out. Was true to his vision. I adore him and his stories. Calvin and Hobbes were a huge part of my childhood. I look forward to when my kid is old enough to enjoy them for themselves. Also, he drew the best trees. Big fan.
