Sounds like they have a crime to investigate then. Unidentified person acting like a police officer without any authority to do so where he was. A cop from LA can't just go to NY and police there without breaking some law.
As a parent who has banned social media for my under 16 kid why does the government even need to do anything here? Parents have to take responsibility again. This does nothing for actual problems like loot boxes and other gambling target at kids.
I thought it was $400, $300 from regional countries and $100 in unfrozen assets and other things.

I had an MRI done last year to rule out cancer after an ultrasound found a necrotic lymph node. The MRI had a prior authorization, the facility was in network, and they still denied to cover the radiologist who was out of network to read it. I didn't even get a sorry, I was told that I need to be checking that the radiologist is in network before they read it... Who the fuck checks on the individual radiologist? How would I even check that? $300 and all I got was "that's how it goes sometimes".
Courts have allowed the bunker work to proceed, they just can't do the ballroom right now.
