My first card was $240 (4890), next was $350 (6970), then $550 (GTX780). Your budget just rises after a while. Though $1k+ GPUs are dumb.
Would love a link to a good Battlestar Galactica bridge (mainly the DRADIS sweep) if anyone knows of one.

Unless of course advances in science mean we don't need organs, then bring on the robo-lungs.
If I'm going to be cryogenically frozen and brought back to life when science is ready I think I'll still need my organs.
Achievements broke me of this for a time, then I stopped caring about cheevos, so all nice NPCs were safe once again.
My beater Casio advertises a 10 year lifespan on its battery. Mind you it's a simple digital, but it does exactly what I need it to do.
Yeah, unless it's a high-quality panel, there's not much to gain from doing this. I've seen people do it with ipad retina displays, though.

I don't think 343i keeps stats at the same level Bungie did. Bungie kept all the info for every game while 343i tracked way less.
Only in the 3DS version was the whole game mirrored (like Twilight Princess for the Wii), the Gamecube one only had different dungeons.
Our profs would say "choose the most correct answer." Cisco loves those questions that have three correct answers - but one is most correct.

The code to make a never-ending, procedurally created universe is 1.11GB according to the program folder.
