This one hit a little close to home. Reminds me a lot of my own Grandpa.
That influencer basically recreated the Skinner box. When an animal realizes a lever gives them a treat they remember that. When it only gives it to them sometimes they will hit it over and over again. I have noticed that ChatGPT tends to use the dash in a very particular way. It uses the long version of it too, not the normal one you use on the keyboard next to the equal sign. You wouldn't normally use that unless you're opening up Character Map or memorize its alt code.

Okie here, yeah. They had a SUPER aggressive ad campaign against it with people in the ads like older women saying they can't afford groceries now and small businesses saying they can't afford it either and it'll get even worse if they increase minimum wage. From what I remember reading, they were going to increase the wage over time instead of one jump. Other states that implemented a similar policy only experienced a very modest increase in prices. Like 1% at the worst.
Even someone like RFK couldn't ban such a widely used medication overnight. Changing prescribing access for such a well established medication would involve agencies, medical boards, insurers, FDA processes, state laws, lawsuits, and physicians. Best we can hope for is that it ends up being ineffectual and not something he can manage in a single election cycle. Those guillotines are looking more and more appealing every day though...

Absolutely true. I have a hardware monitor on my android. It used to use about 1.3 gb of ram out of 3. Now it stays at 2 out of 3. The functionality of my phone hasn't changed at all, I haven't added any new apps in the background. I even tried to kill a dozen apps. They just come back up.

I just realized something else. This might also be illegal. An Interviewer doesn't have the right to your personal AI usage and it might be covered under data protection laws. Similar to asking someone to unlock their phone and show private messages. AI Based behavioral analysis is notoriously unreliable AND might trigger discrimination based laws. If true, this employer is just opening themselves up to all kinds of potential legal trouble.
Yeah I have that feature turned off since I don't really need it to reference past conversations for my inane questions and it's negatively affected output for me before. It's possible it's true but then the blame shifts on how dumb the interviewers are.
It can't come soon enough. My computer is reaching its limit and I NEED new hardware. I had planned to replace it sometime this year, but then this happened.

That'd be the idea. In this case eliminating the queen is far more valuable because the Black Queen will mate in the next turn unless you threaten a check. From there you'll have to just make slow progress with your other pawns and try to promote them without losing both. It's probably one of those games that will keep going for another 50 turns before someone wins lol.
This is just sort of a skimming view of the law but I think it goes like this: They'd review the prompt to see if the person knowingly intended to make illegal content. If accident, they'll go after the people running the GenAI since they have a duty of care to ensure that it's not possible for it to be generated on their platform. Section 230 MAY protect them to some degree but it's not a guarantee.
