I never create work for anyone else. Part of my job is providing updates on projects and housekeeping type shit. Unnecessary to send on Fri
I did it more at my last job where my manager was not cool. "You need to work more" were her exact words. 70 hr weeks, I was burned out.
I used to work a thankless job 70 hrs/week. What was sad was not seeing my family. Got a new job better company for less pay, $ not worth it
