There is some logic to wanting to see how a potential partner handles anger, conflict and adversity… but purposefully provoking it seems unnecessary. People have stuff to get bad about all the time, just wait.

As someone who’s just started painting minis myself, I feel there is for sure a stigma that they are either toys, or at best the equivalent of a 3d coloring book. And especially when dealing with terrain and diorama people don’t understand that you’re often piecing together or creating the scenes whole-cloth from raw materials.So I echo what others have said that if you’re seeking acknowledgment from people who understand the effort, you’re likely only to get that from people in the hobby.
Probably in a similar way to how the liberals are sending hurricanes to devastate all those god-fearing southern states.
Yeah, but no one in general, and in dogshit middle of nowhere P.A. in particular, is going to check the reviews on a fucking McDonald’s. They either want it or not, and it’s probably the only one in the area for them to go to. Thus even if it got bombed yo zero stars, it probably won’t effect their profits hardly any. Review bombing isn’t the solution, fire bombing is the solution.

Only now we have to hear them, and more importantly, they’re now very aware that they’re not alone in this ignorance, and are able to easily organize.
It’s because prior to the proliferation of the internet, people from the dumb shit part of the country (the middle and south) didn’t really get to have a big voice in our media and culture. So the rest of the world, and Americans living in the liberal bubbles only got to perceive America through the eyes of people from the liberal bubble. even those living in the ignorant shithole MAGA loving trash fire states were subjected to these liberal portrayals to some extent.
