From personal experience, combine lower calorie intake w/ 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3x/week to really improve the weight loss. Aerobic exercise, or cardio, is any rhythmic, repetitive physical activity that uses large muscle groups and increases your heart and breathing rates. It trains your cardiorespiratory system to efficiently deliver oxygen to your muscles.

The average user needs help with the most basic connectivity to AV systems. There isn't an idiot-proof setup that exists anywhere in any conference center or room. I've literally helped Cambridge and/or Oxford grads with the most basic shit.
AI cannot replace me. Until there is robots who can plan, architect, design, execute and install audio, video, network and control systems that need to physically exist, I'm safe.

I installed a very high-end audio system (a/d/s separates, a/d/s amp and sub, Alpine deck) in a 1972 Dino 246 in 1990 for the owner of the shop to use his car as a demo vehicle. I made no permanent changes to the interior. Cool little car.

There are a lot of people who travel the world by bicycle and everything they own is on that bike. They get by with very little and do local work to earn traveling money. Or, these days, some are sponsored by companies that produce the touring/bikepacking bikes and gear in exchange for a blog or YT channel or both. That is something to do when you're young, if that's your thing. I call them professionally homeless. :D
I'm not advocating that you use Windows 11, but there are a few tools that easily disable the AI features. Flyoobe is one of them. It also will help you install Windows 11 on a system without a TPM 2.0 chip. I've done this on a few systems. One of the laptops was an HP workstation w/ a Xeon CPU, an Nvidia Quadro M5000M, 32GB of RAM, etc. Only had TPM 1.0 and it cost $3400.00 in 2017. Runs Windows 11 just fine. Hope this is useful information.
