I would say Irish Wolfhound, only because it's more common than the Deerhound
Germany freaked after Fukushima and they decided to close all nuclear stations.
Also, cows usually run to you. They're most likely curious. If one starts shaking its head, stomping it's feet etc, it is going to charge.
Biggest risks are when you're walking a dog or calf season. Also if there's a single cow in the field, it's most likely a bull.
