To give credit to him, he has since disavowed that and pretty much said he was completely wrong. It's rare to see someone realize (and publicly admit) their entire ideology is wrong, and totally re-evaluate their beliefs like that.

Seriously. I can count on 1.5 hands how many women have been romantically interested in me in my in my life. Just not a very desirable guy I guess. Bummer, sure, but has no bearing on my wanting women to have happy, fulfilling lives and equal rights. Lots of them have wanted to be friends, though. I enjoy their company and value their friendship. It's nice to have nice people in your life. Simple as that. Lack of romance/physical stuff doesn't negate that. I just want people to have good lives.
