Are you referring to the NOX that exists in the emissions of cars? Because yea that's a different thing. Nitrous oxide is specifically N2O and getting injected into the air intake stream, decomposes during combustion to add extra oxygen so that more fuel can be burned amd more power made.
Using O2 has been tried a handful of times. It always ends in pre-ignition/detonation. N2O works well because it doesn't release the oxygen in the molecules until 500 degrees or so, which means the spark has already occurred

I agree with your analogy, but the homeless guy thing is just how I felt/feel. A BMW WAS class to me, so nickel and diming me made it seem like they'd lost that status as a classy brand.
For my whole childhood, a BMW was the car I envied, wanted note than anything, etc. In 2020 or so, they tried charging for using the heated seats and the sheer cheapness of that money grab destroyed the brand for me forever. It's no longer a luxury brand to me, it's the brand equivalent of a homeless guy asking me for money on the street.

When they made this meme, it was super relevant and made me laugh. Now, probably a decade later, my last experience with Comcast was pretty great to be honest. The guy in the chat was from India, but he was knowledgeable and articulate. Got my needs met quickly and ended up saving me money even while I was looking to pay more for service upgrades.
