This guy is an archer, so resistance(res) should theoretically be his lowest base stat and growth. And the fact that he got that is ugh.
The game is Fire Emblem and basically, you have a chance to increase a stat when you level up. The chance is affected by class and character

The name of the thing is called "Trash Bird" by the way. And as stated before, its origin lies with Facebook sticker sets.
