Not to that extreme... I've come down from a high and done calculus homework before
and about 5 minutes later they were staring off into space tripping balls 2/2
I've done them with newbie friends, after about 20 minutes they asked me for more because "It wasnt working". I told them to wait 10 1/
As long as you do it in moderation you wont be doing any damage
You dont really, just wait a few hours and it goes away. A high only last for a few hours for an average smoke
