You actually can. "Pastured" chicken is what the whole foods lady wanted. They're naturally omnivores and enjoy plants/grubs/bugs
Including grass. Source: I have chickens
coffee/ tea are diuretics, want to be cautious with them as they dont really count as hydrating. add fruit to your water, makes it delish

I peel the paper off and put the ready to use cloves in a jar in the fridge. tends to last the longest this way for me

i bought a case of 1/2 pint (4oz) canning jars for $10. they're the perfect size for spices
you dont have to buy a set amount. i get just a little scoop. literally costs pennies
bulk section, you pay pennies for what you'd get in a jar in the baking isle
as a fellow blonde i try to donate often. its rare for them to get it and they use it to add highlights to the wigs
