I have come to hate the term vampire. I think almost every patient uses it. They all think it's funny.
Source: myself, who is a phlebotomist who does blood draws everyday.
The ink is still under the skin,and when a needle is pushed through a tattoo it can pull some of that old ink into the vein and bloodstream.

Has to be used as a last resort. Not always, but sometimes it does have to be used.
And grounding them just don't work. To a kid, they don't always understand no. They do understand a spanking, and sometimes that (2)

No. My parents never fully hit me with there full power. More of a small smack to get me in line. Didn't really hurt ever.
I would disagree. I got spanked as a kid for doing something wrong. I knew it wasn't abuse.
He is Commander and Chief. Top of the top of the military. He is hardly a civilian anymore.
