Yeah the windchill is definitely the worst part. Just have to wear an unreasonable number of layers :P
These particular ones have line power so they might be electric heat, but I'm not sure. Otherwise you use propane, generator, or wood stove.
You can rent these ones any season. Lots of private cabins in the area too accessible only by snowmobile or boat. Lots of hunting/fishing.
