"But the death penalty is morally wrong" ...I sometimes wonder if they'd change their minds if exposed to the situations.
I'm still outraged it took 8 minutes to figure out where a rocket is headed. That is literally the time it takes to get to the ISS orbit.

I didn't dig into the report, but used an article that cites the report in its figures. But a search of the doc with 'collapse' came up 1/

Per NCRB, an average of 7 people die per day from collapses in india (37514 people, 2001-2015). Males die 2.5x more then females.
So like trump, who hates immigration yet his parents were immigrants?

better question, how many normal people are innocent? death row cases have a lot of time, research, appeals, and investment making sure 1/2

coherent != always just over the limit. There have been people almost to 1.0 who were still sorta coherently driving due a life of drinking.
And political systems. Sadly history has show to reform all that usually involves a civil war/anarchy .
