Black Cauldron scared the hell out of kids. We went to see it on a school field trip in 2nd grade...it did not go well. Then Disney didn't release it on VHS until 1998. My friends and I watched it again for the first time in 13 years and were like, OH that's where those nightmares came from!
Not to mention lots of games, when you upgraded to a 486, went too fast to play. Looking at you, Star Trek 25th anniversary.
I found one of those Chef Boy ar Dee pizza kits in our pantry when I was a little kid...must have been there for at least a decade.

But...a double decker bus is no longer than a normal bus. That's kind of the whole point of being a double decker bus.
If you think about it, this clause would direct Congress to aim for a 3% inflation target at all times. Which is questionable economics...
