Yeah, the guy who sued to stop this had his case thrown out because the judge ruled he didn't have standing to sue not because the judge ruled it legal.
It's a commemorative coin made for the 250th is the argument they are using to get around the 2005 coin act. It costs $61 to buy 25 one-dollar coins, so $2.44 each.
He's wearing a uniform, so he's a city carrier paid hourly. Rural carriers are not hourly, and by day 3 or 4 would've just driven past without slowing down.

You're just highlighting the real problem. Every time a company comes up with a new chemical, they aren't required to prove it's not dangerous before they can use it, the government has to prove the danger to get them to stop using it.

Today I saw a Baltimore Oriole being chased by a robin for at least 100 yds until they disappeared out of sight behind a garage. No idea what happened, but the robin must've been pissed to aggressively chase it like that.

You're correct that the first 2 swings did not hit the same spot, I suspect intentionally. First swing hit the line, but right at the edge of the log. The 2nd missed the line, but was closer to the center. 3rd swing hit the center on the line. 4th hit the line on the near (to her) side about halfway between the 1st and 2nd hits. 5th hit the line on the far half(to her) of the log. At this point she has hit 5 different spots along the top. 6th and the final hit were near the 3rd hit splitting it
Unless you're using the powder mix with the numbers(that stuff sets like plaster), typical drywall compound( the bucket mud) doesn't permanently set. Get it wet and it gets soft again. Shower and it will come out. If she was plastering on the other hand, she'd have her hair in a braid and covered with a hat.
Nice. There's a frost advisory tonight where I live. Maybe can plant next week, fingers crossed.
