The Constitution specifies 2/3rds concurrence for conviction in the Senate. The filibuster is something else entirely and defined only by Senate rules. And, if memory serves, arose from opposition to the burgeoning civil rights movement of the early 20th century. So the Senate could change the filibuster but could not change the rules for impeachment without a constitutional amendment.
