I am so incredibly allergic to cats, that o sneeze and get red eyes just from sitting beside a person on a bus who has cats…. I’d rather the ear annoyance of a baby than not being able to breathe…

Why do you mix ACV with pedialyte? I want to know more about this. Why do the nightly cocktail?
If you have access to therapy, maybe go through it with a therapist as a preventative way to protect your mental health as well.
