When the end came, the vet wrapped her in the towel to take her body away. They even had a back exit so I didn't have to walk past anyone.
Then the vet came back in and when I said I'd hold her til the end they gave me a towel to put under her, covering my lap just in case. 2/
My vet gave my cat a sedative shot and left us alone. I held her and scratched her ears for the 10 minutes it took for her to be out. 1/
