Just one fellow imgurian, glad to be part of this, being myself, whatever the hell that is.

It's true Neguse took AIPAC money in the past, but the situation just changed. In July 2026, he voted to cut $3.3 billion in military aid to Israel, stating Netanyahu's government doesn't comply with US laws and values. In retaliation, AIPAC immediately scrubbed Neguse's donation links from their website.

I despise Reagan with a passion, and usually for good reason, but a broken clock is right twice a day. Even the patron saint of modern conservatism knew that blanket tariffs are economically illiterate trade wars where consumers pay the bill.

To be honest, I think this is far more commendable.

"Always Remember Us This Way", Aspinal. Sorry for the late reply, I've just read you.

Oh. Didn't see that one, sorry.

It is genuinely refreshing to watch. Shows that a lot of folks aren't malicious, they've just been fed bad data by the press for years.

Yeah, man. It's very refreshing to see people actually listen to data and facts rather than to continue in their cognitive dissonance to placate their biases.

Well, you better go fix his Wikipedia page then. It currently claims he's very much alive and hiding from capitalism in SPAAACE.

Spot on!

I couldn't agree with you more. When I found out, to be honest, I was pretty disappointed. But overall, I think he's an excellent politician who strives for and fights for what's best for the people who elected him. I'm currently working in Scotland, and I've had the chance to talk with some customers from Colorado, and they've spoken very highly of him. I like him too!

Yeah, but he's 36.

I'm in the same boat! ๐Ÿ˜…

LOL. That flyer is absolutely wild. "America's Goth Baddie" is definitely a new angle for a congressional race! When your rep is actually effective and passing legislation, I guess the opposition just stops trying to find serious candidates to run against him.

As another dear Imgurian replied to you in another one of my posts, in response to another comment you made on the same topic: "Don't be a single-issue voter."

Joe Neguse is one of the most effective and bipartisan members of Congress, ranked the #2 House Democrat for getting legislation passed by independent analysts. He delivers real results for Colorado on public lands, rural economies, disaster preparedness, consumer protections, and more. What stands out is his record of results, his accessibility (hundreds of town halls), and his personal story as the son of Eritrean refugees who built a life of public service.
