Sorry. I had meant used the information they learned from the mosquito experiment and modifying that to use in people or other animals.

8.5 million live in ny alone. Regardless of how many guns are in the country if NY rampaged it would take an army not civilians to beat.
It's ok until they leave the city looking for food and strip the surrounding areas like locusts.
