I had a pet squirrel. He had fallen out of his nest as a baby. He didn't want to leave, so he lived with us.

Instead they show aggressive behavior from the start. Cops in my country would not even talk to a homeless & mentally ill man this way.
Police should be able to deescalate a situation,not the opposite.Is it so hard to handcuff a man half your size,without killing him? 1\2
