My grandpa was born in 1915 and celebrated his 100 birthday this year!
I grew up with non-affectionate cats and then I adopted one that is super affectionate and its the greatest thing ever.

To be honest, bullying and having to deal with assholes doesn't stop when you get older. You just get better at dealing with it.
