So I stopped doing it for free and no I get it when I need it
I enjoy my job, but the more I did free OT the less likely I was to be offered it. If a company knows they can take adv of you they will

Aliencon 2018 in Pasadena, CA. I was at the chalk festival where this was also going on.
It’s just a pet peeve of mine when people make absolute statements about entire groups of people
I’m American, white, and bilingual (I speak Mandarin and obviously English)
No need to shame a whole group of people. And there are a ton of white people in Europe who are multilingual.
I suppose but that still doesn’t justify the cost of universities as they are. And Community colleges typically only get you an AA/AS
something that has become the equivalent of a HS diploma. 2/2
I don’t think you are saying people should be punished, it’s just how it feels when you have to pay obscene amounts of money for 1/2
in extreme debt. It’s just not a fair system regardless of whether or not we agree with a persons choice field of study.

I do agree that people should feel accomplished going into a trade but people who go to college shouldn’t be punished for that choice either
& sometimes you don’t have a choice but to pay too, esp if you know what you want to do and without paying you can’t get there.
IMO education shouldn’t be treated like that. That’s why we have deans of schools getting paid like CEOs.
How expensive colleges have become isn’t a choice though. BS/BA is basically the new HS diploma. College should be cheaper than it is.
Same thing that happens to Mitty, but she gets dismembered first and put in a box by her 'dad' so he can use her for himself and not die
What happens to her is brutal. It's gonna be so much worse when it's animated.
I think graphs like these are fun but are very misleading. They're meant to be aides, and they're always biased.
Pretty sure the artist is Zac Gorman for anyone interested. He does some cute video game related comics too
Red only looks bad, but on the scale that's like 80-90F :-/
The new studio is actually still really colorful...it's still pretty cool, just not so 90's looking
To be fair it could be worse to have to many people trying to help. No point in shaming people you don't know anything about.
