You're getting downvoted, but it's accurate, a bank isn't loaning on SPCX as collateral as long as old Musky is still in lock-up (which he is until like December) - because he can't exercise the shares to pay the loan if they call it. Banks discount assets to account for risk, so for example they'd provide a loan on Tesla shares trading at $400 at a $200 value, SPCX would be worth nothing until he can actually sell the asset.
I stayed next to that last time I was there, very pretty city, but you do need to see it by boat.

I have a Samsung washer and dryer - last about 8 years before the dryer needed its' first repair, but repairs are easy, and non-OEM parts are cheap on Amazon and generally work about 3 years or so before I have to replace it again; the washer was about 12 years in before I needed to replace the drain pump, i'm guessing it last three more years before I need to replace it again.
I have doubts. A ruptured aorta would be really fucking painful, I'm not sure he'd have the capacity to laugh about it.
