I never understand that mentality. "Oh lets set these unrealistic goals for employees and then yell at them for finding ways to meet them."
That kind of stuff didnt happen in our stor. Ofc I was logistics and made it to Sup pretty quick so I was hardly on register anyways.
It was getting bad enough that the company was losing profit, had to step in. HFT wont sell info though so it's worth just taking the free 1
I used to work at HFT so I can explain that. Emps make commission on all those plans. It's against company policy to use coupons though. 1/2

He has a pretty good life. I work a full time job and I live alone so he probably doesn't get all the love he deserves but we make it work
