Yes, they can make weight gain easier, but not pushing 350+ lbs.

Listen, I know plenty about arthritis. Arthritis does NOT make you obese.

hehehe quite so!

Ohhh I see then. Well I hope you are doing better!

highly unlikely you gained 160 lbs due to meds. We can agree to disagree and I will respect your viewpoint but this is mine.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Okay but I don't think you understood my point- I'm not disputing possibilities of weight gain/loss due to meds, but scientifically it is

should be about working your body to needing less. Of course, that does come with the motivation, which has it's challenges I agree.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Alright but I don't think people will get the results they're looking for with a negative attitude. It shouldn't be about needing more- it

you the right motivation burst, and they are both very cheap. I think if you can find the motivation, you're on a starting path.

Very true, I do see your point. I would counterargue though that a good Vitamin C and D intake and also melatonin for sleeping can help give

Eating healthy and regular exercise helps the brain chemistry along with meds in mending yourself back to a good mental health.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Absolutely. I would not argue that. Actually just this morning my Dr put me on Prozac to help with my anxiety from school/work load. BUT

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

sitting in a chair. And btw- mental conditions can be mended, medical can be controlled.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

in a chair alone is not enough to make you obese. Mental conditions could, and medical at most could cause 30 or so lb weight gain, but not

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Whoa, whoa, whoa. THIS is what you're calling me out for? Hold on a minute- did you even read my original comment? It was about how sitting

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

...Okay not even sure how to respond to that. Not a very good way to win arguments when you admit right off the bat that you are delusional.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It's kind of sad that you are so unaware of how the human body is designed to work. And fat bashing? Mkay.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I am replying, but not calling you names. Your answers are pure emotion. And you are admitting that you are delusional and bad as well.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Doubt it. Also being a gym instructor?? Really? Anyone could do that.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

worked out. Physics, young one.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Calling someone names only shows your lack of maturity on a topic. Yes, you were eating excessive amounts, it doesn't matter how much you

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

(which it was evolved to do) is NOT neglecting your body? You need some health and nutrition classes. When you get to college lemme know.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Really? So you're telling me, oh scientific one, that eating an excess of calories while not moving your body enough

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Also you didn't even see this thread. Read through it, and you'll get my point. Please grow up.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

If you are fat, you don't take care of yourself. Period. Stop with the excuses. And how did you get that I am making fun of them?

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

You probably didn't even see the comment I was replying to. And no, I don't. Just delusional people is all. I have plenty of large friends.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Emotional reactions are to be expected. It wasn't the trigger to 300 lbs obese. It might have made it easier, or caused a slight weight gain

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Severe arthritis has nothing to do with her obesity though. My stepdad has very severe arthritis and still maintains a healthy weight.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I'm trying to sound nice here, but you did NOT become 300 lbs due to medication. Stop lying to yourself. Also, congrats on the weight loss.

Thank you, it's a sensitive topic on Imgur for sure, but there's no need to discourage elaboration on a point! :)
