From what I was reading the fact that China has cut so far into their own reserves and lowered their use of oil means that it will keep prices down for the rest of the world a little longer than expected. At some point it will get worse if nothing is resolved.

As an arachnophobe I have to say that I really want to like spiders. They are an important part of the ecosystem and really fascinating...but also lizard brain say no thank you lol. I'm still working on being less afraid of them.

This kind of driving is no uncommon in insurance scams. They are likely driving slow because the white car is driving slow. If they try to go around the white car and they are a scammer they may try to intentionally cause an accident and make it look like "OPs" fault.
Definitely intentional but could be trying to pull an insurance scam (or they could just be petty as hell)
