Yeah, but I find it very unlikely that people from the 13th century knew the full Jewish burial ritual, which is how the Shroud was found

No, they are translating from the translations. What I'm asking for is for someone to go back to the original text and translate from there

But when Christians say that, it's to essentially ask permission. The Bible says we're meant to. Sadly, the phrasing has adapted a lot..
Just wanna point out for #10, the Bible's mostly like that because people mistranslated and misinterpreted it. We need to re-translate it...
