Important lesson, don't hurry, don't worry, and don't volunteer. It's sad I know, but I hate doing the work of 2 people for the pay of 1.
I've been a mall carrier for about 5 months now, the first thing I learned is that being good at it just makes more work for me.

This was annoyingly true. 1/2 of my peers were complete idiots, leaving messes for me to figure out or just give up on depending on Q size.
As a former ARA (the back) most CAs are just sales people and don't know shit about computers.
The people you meet know nothing, the technicians are the ones who know things, and you don't meet them.
