When everything is soup, anything is a spoon.
You learn to create different zones for different purposes, e.g. sleeping, working, crafting etc. And you have multi-purpose furniture and stuff. As others have said, be ruthless with clutter and disciplined about tidying up after yourself and you'll be fine.
