I don't use their service, but my friend does a lot. He is constantly complaining about how orders are messed up for various reasons, and he has to call support to get recompense. I have another friend who works for doordash, he also complains a lot about how customers will tip and then change or remove tips afterward or say they didn't receive something when they did. So, he also has to call support to get partially paid. I imagine these incidents are a big reason for some of these fees.

They overfilled the springform too much, which probably caused issues with the sides. Like not being able to run a knife along the edge or the cheesecakes natural contraction when they cool down. So, when the springform opened up it probably had big pieces ripped off and stuck to the inside of the sides. Also, cracks are from cheesecakes overcooking. It can happen no matter the cooking method.

If you buy a cabin ticket, that also includes multiple meals per day and basically housing and amenities.
