You can see how hard work it is, sadly someone have cropped it with some guitar thing. I have send some financial help to her and hoping that she comes to visit me soon when her visa situation gets sorted.
The thing is you need to learn to fake it. Im introvert but i bet people at my work would b shocked to learn this. its like work "mask" i put on. Its exhausting at times, but luckily i work remotely most of the week and i work in global team where only one or two teams meetings a week.
If there is add tip button on website, i close it immidietly. I dont even tip in real life. Tho i live in country where we pay living wage to everyone
We have quite new kitten in house and rules with it. Dont interact or pay any attention to it before you want to get up, no matter what. Other is that you dont give food immidietly after you get up. I usually do my morning routine and after 30min orso after getting up kitten gets food. Helps that ours is rathet patient and even tho he might come to bed or check on you he doesnt activemy try wake you up. Also even he is quite food motivated he wants morning cuddles first and waits food.
I assume she lifts heavy weights?

I have been in sauna over 100celsius more times i can count, i think i have been in sauna with 120celsius once, i dont think my heartrate elevated at all
